Need to return an item?
Culinary Classics guarantees its products to be free of material defects and will replace items that are unused and found to be defective. We cannot accept return of custom-made or embroidered items. If you would like to return an item, please notify us by phone (1-877-378-4855) or by email with in 15 business days after receiving your order. After 15 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. When reporting defects, please provide your account number and a description of the defect. We will give you a return authorization number to include on the return package. The invoice must be included with the return package. If the merchandise is defective or if we made an error in customization, we will pay all shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
Please note that for certain products, a restocking fee may apply. Please fill out our RMA Request form and a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

We only ship to all 50 states via our website. If you would like to ship outside the U.S.A. please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at (1-877-378-4855) and place your order.
