FAQ

What is the difference between Design Your Own, Regular Made to Order, and In Stock coats? Design your own makes you the designer and affords you the option to pick out every detail from buttons to cording to colors. Regular Made to Order coats are popular packages that we have put together with certain fabrics, buttons, and features. These coats vary and can be a helpful guide in the Design Your Own process in case you see a coat that you like but want different buttons, etc. In stock coats are coats that are pre made and can be shipped out immediately. These coats can have embroidery added to them but cannot have other features changed.

I put in a coupon code, but I can't see my discount? Please make sure the coupon code is valid. We do not post coupon codes to third party websites; our coupon codes are posted on our homepage or emailed to customers on our mailing list. Next to the check out button, you should see the discount price in grey. To show a price breakdown, click on the checkout button. (If you haven't registered or signed in, you will need to do that.)

How do I decide which length chef coat I should get? We recommend SHORT sizing if you are under 5'4" tall. Short sizing is 1.5" shorter in the body and 1" shorter in the sleeves. If you are over 6'1", we recommend LONG sizing. Long sizing is 1.5" longer in the body and 1" longer in the sleeves. Either option is an additional $10.00.

How can I turn Made to Order pants into shorts? First select the Made to Order pants you wish to order. Then click on the inseam tab. Then you can input the inseam value(inches) you would like for your shorts. For shorts, we recommend entering the 16" inseam.
